SAKE Master handles everything from shipping from Japan, customs duties, to home delivery in one stop. Overseas shipping fees are determined based on weight and distance. Shipping within Japan is free of charge.

＜About Shipping Methods＞

The shipping method is designated by our shop and cannot generally be selected by the customer. We primarily use global shipping services (DHL, FEDEX, EMS, etc.).

＜About Delivery Time＞

We ship orders within 5 business days of receipt.

＜Damage During Shipping＞

We take great care during packaging to prevent dents or scratches on the outer box before preparing shipments.

However, after handover to the carrier, there is a possibility of issues during transit or damage occurring due to the carrier's responsibility.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.
